Mark Weisleder
Mark Weisleder has presented seminars for the Ontario Real Estate Association and
IIR Telecoms since 1983 on subjects such as Real Property Law, Customer Loyalty, Customer
Service Excellence, Professional Business Etiquette, Legal Updates and Privacy. He
practiced law privately in major Toronto law firms for 12 years, working for real estate
developers and entrepreneurs, after which he joined Bell Mobility as Senior in-house
counsel in Ontario. He later became the General Manager of Customer Experience at Bell
Mobility, responsible for the retail customer experience in the Bell retail stores and a
750 person business call centre. Mark is currently providing consultation services to the
real estate industry, including the development of accredited continuing education courses
for salespeople and brokers.
Mark became a certified Real Estate Instructor for the
Ontario Real Estate Association in 2007 and has lectured thousands of real estate
salespeople on how to protect their clients and increase referrals. While there are many
coaching and lead generation systems available to assist salespeople on how to
successfully obtain new clients, Mark believes that ensuring long term success is through
building loyal client relationships that generate referrals. He has developed practical
loyalty tools from his years in the telecommunications industry to assist salespeople in
delivering a superior client experience, whether acting for buyers or sellers, that not
only generates referrals, but also ensures that salespeople never have to face any legal
or discipline proceedings.
